AgriTwin came first
Why we built AgriTwin
We started by building AgriTwin — a digital twin for Australian dairy farming. Not as a client project. As a product we needed to exist. It required self-learning AI agents, voice-commanded field interfaces, and strict on-premise deployment for farms with no reliable internet.
What we proved
The constraint forced us to build the right way. We ran open-source models fine-tuned on agricultural knowledge at approximately 5% of hyperscaler cost. Milk yields improved 12%. Data entry dropped 40% per field worker. Field operators commanded AI agents by voice while their hands were elsewhere — 100% on-premise, zero cloud data exposure.
Why we now consult
After proving the model in our own product, we started receiving enquiries from organisations who wanted the same thing. CXO Mirror is the consultancy arm — applying the same engineering rigour, the same cost discipline, and the same privacy-first architecture to enterprise clients. We only recommend what we've already run in production.
